I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE AWARDS CEREMONY, CAN I STILL REGISTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE AWARDS THIS YEAR?

2020 Estrade Technology Awards will be held ONLY DIGITALY-ONLINE. All the awardees will be shipped their respective trophies + certificates to the desired locations. 

All winners will be sent their Certificate/Award through courier provided they have completed all formalities of nomination including submission of required documents and making the payment of nomination fees.

WILL MY ENTRY BE VISIBLE ONLINE TO OTHERS?

No. None of the submissions will be visible to anybody else other than the organising team at ESTRADE. Your entry will be kept confidential and only revealed at the award ceremony digitally on the last day of the awards.

WE CAN NOMINATE A PAST AWARDEE? IS THAT ALLOWED?

Yes.

HOW WILL MY ENTRY BE JUDGED?

Once we’ve received your form it will go through a due diligence process, where we will check that the information meets the award criteria. You may be asked to submit supporting documentation for your entry. If this is required, we will contact you after you have submitted your entry and our team has reviewed your complete form.

If your application does not demonstrate that you have met the award criteria, you may be eliminated from further stages in the assessment and judging process. The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

HOW DO WE KNOW THAT OUR ENTRY IS SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?

Once you’ve submitted your entry and it has been received by us, we will send you an email acknowledgement of receipt within 3 working days.

CAN WE MODIFY/ALTER OUR ENTRY ONCE IT HAS BEEN UPLOADED?

No. An entry, once uploaded, cannot be changed. Therefore, we recommend that you verify, crosscheck and confirm the information, and other requirements before you start the submission process.

WHAT IS THE Publicity Programme Package?

The Publicity Programme Package put together by Estrade consists of the wholesome experience of the Gala Awards Night and the ensuing PR mileage for your brand. The PR mileage will be achieved through providing each of the award winners with a social media optimised and customised press release, post-event group coverage in the official website, official event magazine and a group congratulatory message in the various publications of media partners. There will also be individual photo shoot and video interviews on the occasion.

CAN I PAY DIRECTLY TO WIN AN AWARD?

No, this is not advisable under any circumstances. Anybody attempting approach any member of the judging panel, to influence a judgement will be permanently disqualified from the awards.

The awards are all decided by an independent panel of jury. The organisers do not involve themselves in the judging process in any way whatsoever. The judges are all experts in their field. They are participants in the Estrade Awards on a voluntary basis and act with the utmost integrity at all times.

WHAT IS THE FURTHER PROCEDURE ONCE OUR COMPANY IS SELECTED FOR THE AWARD?

All shortlisted entries will have to make sure that they have paid their nomination fee of SG$500. Once the nomination fee payment is confirmed, Estrade Executive Team, will get back to within 10 working days about status of your nomination. If your company is awarded, Estrade Team will confirm via email and phone call, and let you know the further steps to be taken.

WHAT IF A NOMINEE IS LATE IN PAYING THE NOMINATION FEES AND/OR SUBMITTING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS?

Each nominee will be reminded twice by the Executive team to pay the nomination fee and/or supporting documents. If still failed to pay then the nomination will be revoked.

CAN ONE COMPANY ENTER IN ALL THE CATEGORIES?

No. Each company cannot submit more than 6 nomination forms. Each nomination will cost additional SG$500

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO ENTER THE AWARDS?

There is a nomination fee of SG$ 500 in which you can nominate in maximum 1 categories. In case you wish to nominate in category not mentioned in nomination form you can manually fill new category and suggest jury for consideration. This is the processing fee for the Estrade Awards and is non refundable. If you wish to nominate another project, additional charges will be applicable.

WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?

All winners will be communicated by 18th December, 2020. The Digtial Awards Night ceremony will be held ONLINE on 18th December, 2020 or before 31st December 2020

WHEN CAN OUR COMPANY SEND ITS NOMINATION FOR THE ESTRADE AWARDS?

The nomination process for all the categories will commence from 1st August, 2020 onwards. Please go through all the terms & conditions before submitting your nomination. Last date of Nomination is 14th December 2020. 

CAN I SUBMIT MY FIRM DETAILS AS A HARD COPY?

HOW CAN I UTILIZE THE OFFICIAL LOGO IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE EXPOSURE AS A PROUD PARTICIPANT?

Our corporate branding team will guide you for the correct and authorized usage of our logos. This framework will be provided separately to all the winners.
