Nominees for Mumbai Edition - 6th Estrade Real Estate Awards 2023 will be reviewed through a 3 step evaluation process

Based on internal research qualifying companies to be invited to participate

All nominations will preliminarily be scrutinize by Estrade Executive Team

Winners will have to agree to take up the Estrade Awards Publicity Programme and sign up for the same.

Companies can self nominate from respective regions or nationally

Entries will be sent to our Advisory Board for Jury evaluation

Awards will be presented digitally on  9th March, 2023. If the brand is unable to attend then the Awards trophy and certificates will be couriered to your postal address

Nomination fee of INR 5000 only is applicable per entry

Final list of winners to be decided and published on website along with individual notification

 

JUDGING CRITERIA

The Judging criteria differ by category, however, the emphasis is on the overall quality of the entry; the merits of the claims to Innovation, Decisiveness, Integrity, Strategic Vision, Commercial Viability, Growth, Benefit to Community, Environmental Sustainability, etc.

SUBMISSION OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Online nomination should be followed by submitting supporting documents which will be considered by the Jury in Judging Process.

  • Profile of the company / group / individual
  • 600-1000 words write up on the nominated entry
  • 2 Corporate Profile Pictures of the Nominee (If nominating for Developer category)
  • 10 different photographs of Project Nominated / Project promoted by Developer
  • Company logo in 300 DPI resolution (Open File)
  • Any CSR activity led by the company recently
  • Any other additional details to support the nomination
 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. Only properties which are legally available for purchase in India can be entered for the Awards.
  2. For completed projects, only projects which have been completely delivered (with Full Occupancy/Completion certificates) in the period starting 1st August 2015 onwards are eligible for nomination.
  3. For upcoming projects, only projects which have received commencement certificates/building permits/ certificate from local authority to commence construction and have started constructing their projects after 1st July 2015 onwards are eligible for nomination.
  4. The nominated project should have all necessary government approvals. Awards Jury has the right to ask for documentary proof for the information as and when required.
  5. Pricing criteria (excluding service tax, registration cost and other statutory levies) for each residential segment (luxury, mid-segment and budget) are:
      For NCR and Mumbai For other cities
    Budget Maximum sale price of Rs. 55,00,000/- per unit Maximum sale price of Rs. 45,00,000/- per unit
    Mid-segment Sale price of Rs. 55,00,001/- to Rs. 2,50,00,000/- per unit Sale price of Rs. 45,00,001/- to Rs. 1,50,00,000/- per unit
    Luxury Minimum sale price of Rs. 2,50,00,000/- per unit Minimum sale price of Rs. 1,50,00,000/- per unit
  6. The nominated project should have all necessary government approvals. Awards Jury has the right to ask for documentary proof for the information when and as required.

PUBLICITY PACKAGE

All shortlisted nominations selected for Estrade Real Estate Awards will have to sign up for the Publicity Programme Package put together by the organisers and make the relevant payment in full accordance with the unfettered discretion of “Estrade Real Estate Awards”.
