JUDGING CRITERIA
Judging criteria vary by category, with an emphasis on overall quality, including Innovation, Integrity, Strategic Vision, and more.
SUBMISSION OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
After online nomination, submit supporting documents for Jury consideration.
- Profile of the company / group / individual
- 600-1000 words write up on the nominated entry
- 2 Corporate Profile Pictures of the Nominee (If nominating for Developer category)
- 10 different photographs of Project Nominated / Project promoted by Developer
- Company logo in 300 DPI resolution (Open File)
- Any CSR activity led by the company recently
- Any other additional details to support the nomination
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Properties must be legally available for purchase in India.
- Completed projects should have received Full Occupancy/Completion certificates after August 1, 2016.
- Upcoming projects should have commenced construction with local authority approval after July 1, 2016.
- Nominated projects must possess all required government approvals. Awards Jury has the right to ask for documentary proof for the information as and when required.

PUBLICITY PACKAGE
All shortlisted nominations for the Estrade Real Estate Awards must participate in the provided Publicity Programme Package and make the required payment as determined solely by "Estrade Real Estate Awards."
